The Live Pro 6' Aluminum Technique Bar is ideal for working on Olympic weightlifting technique. Using a lighter Technique Bar over the heavier 15 Kg or 20 Kg Olympic lifting bars enables the lifters to focus on technique and form of Olympic lifting. This helps them to have a firm foundation and maintain proper position as they progress from a light bar to a Men’s or Women’s weightlifting bar. The Bar is best paired up with 1.25 to 2.5Kg Olympic Training Plates.
