DUAL GRIP POSITIONS
In case of any injury and need to still practice, perform the perfect deadlift, then the higher handles allow the lifters with minted mobility. If you are having problems keeping a flat back while lifting, it ensures a higher starting point with a shorter range of motion and builds the hip and back strength before starting to pull the bar off the floor. The low handles are great for shorter people to get a good starting position. The position of the handle can be changed by just flipping the bar.

This Livepro trap bar has a loadable sleeve diameter of 2-inch. This versatile design makes it suitable to load Olympic grip plates, Olympic bumper plates and Olympic cast iron plates of 2-inch insert hole diameter.
