The Livepro urethane Olympic weight plates are made from a high-quality cast iron metal core that provides extreme durability and longevity. A heavy-duty, premium urethane casing over the weight plates protects the discs and gym floor from damage during high repetition workouts. It also offers a very low-bouncing effect while dropping the barbells to the floor.
